Only connect storage accounts, servers, files, and networks you own, administer, or have permission to access.
Do not use CloudPairs to steal credentials, exfiltrate data, distribute malware, evade access controls, or overload systems.
Provider terms still apply when you use CloudPairs with AWS, Cloudflare, Dropbox, Microsoft, pCloud, hosting providers, NAS systems, or other services.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the files, accounts, servers, credentials, and networks you connect to CloudPairs. Only connect services you own, administer, or have permission to access.
You are responsible for securing credentials, verifying permissions, avoiding unintended deletions or overwrites, and respecting the data-handling rules that apply to your organization or provider.
Prohibited activity
Do not use CloudPairs to violate laws, third-party terms, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, export controls, sanctions, or security controls.
Do not use the website, API, licensing platform, or desktop app to distribute malware, steal credentials, exfiltrate data without authorization, harass others, overload systems, or bypass access controls.
Platform abuse
Do not attempt to reverse engineer platform APIs, evade licensing, automate abusive signups, scrape private dashboard data, attack CloudPairs infrastructure, bypass account or device limits, or interfere with service availability.
Do not overload the website, support channels, update services, licensing services, or provider APIs through excessive automation, scraping, denial-of-service behavior, or credential-stuffing attempts.
Provider terms
Cloud providers and servers have their own acceptable-use and data-processing terms. Using CloudPairs does not change your obligations to AWS, Cloudflare, Dropbox, Microsoft, pCloud, your hosting provider, your NAS administrator, or any other service.
Content and transfer conduct
Do not use CloudPairs to store, move, publish, or distribute material that you do not have the right to handle, including malware, stolen data, unlawful content, or content that violates privacy rights or intellectual property rights.
When running automation or large transfers, respect provider rate limits, network policies, bandwidth limits, storage quotas, and operational windows.
Enforcement
We may suspend or restrict accounts, devices, downloads, support, or platform access when we believe there is abuse, legal risk, security risk, payment fraud, or violation of this policy.
