Common SFTP fixes
Authentication fails
Confirm username, key format, passphrase, password, and whether the server allows that auth method.
Cannot list folder
Check the start path and server permissions. Some SFTP users are chrooted into a limited root.
Connection times out
Verify the port, firewall, VPN, allowlist, and whether the server is reachable from the PC.
