Use CloudPairs only with accounts, files, servers, and storage systems you own or are authorized to access.

You remain responsible for backups, provider charges, credential hygiene, transfer verification, and complying with third-party provider terms.

Plan prices, device limits, support terms, and feature availability are shown at checkout or in the dashboard where applicable.

Acceptance and product scope

These Terms apply to cloudpairs.com, CloudPairs accounts, licensing services, downloads, dashboard features, support workflows, and the CloudPairs desktop application. By using the service or software, you agree to these Terms.

CloudPairs provides a desktop file manager, transfer queue, supported provider integrations, account-based licensing, software releases, updates, and support. Features, providers, operating system support, limits, and availability may change over time.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files and verifying the results of transfers, automation, deletion, move, rename, sync, or cleanup operations. CloudPairs is a tool for managing files; it is not a backup guarantee.

You are responsible for securing your account, devices, provider credentials, private keys, passwords, and OAuth access. Do not share accounts, licenses, activation flows, or dashboard access in a way that bypasses plan limits.

Accounts, devices, plans, and trials

Some features require an account, an active trial, a paid plan, or a linked device. Current plan prices, renewal terms, device limits, feature limits, refund windows, and trial details are shown at checkout or in the dashboard where applicable.

We may limit, suspend, revoke, or refuse account, device, download, dashboard, support, or feature access when needed to enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, resolve payment issues, protect security, or comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services and provider terms

CloudPairs integrates with providers and protocols such as S3-compatible storage, Cloudflare R2, SFTP, FTP/FTPS, Dropbox, OneDrive, pCloud, WebDAV, and Synology. These providers are separate services with their own terms, APIs, pricing, availability, rate limits, security settings, and data-handling practices.

CloudPairs is not responsible for provider outages, provider API changes, provider account restrictions, provider billing, provider-side deletion or retention policies, or loss caused by credentials, permissions, bucket policies, network configuration, or server configuration outside CloudPairs.

Software updates and compatibility

CloudPairs may provide updates, patches, release notices, minimum-version requirements, compatibility changes, or disabled legacy builds. You are responsible for installing updates needed for security, provider compatibility, and continued platform access.

Preview, beta, experimental, or coming-soon features may change, be delayed, or be removed before general availability.

Payments, cancellations, and refunds

Billing, refund, and cancellation details are described in the Billing, Refund, and Cancellation Policy and in the checkout or dashboard experience where applicable.

Taxes, receipts, invoices, chargebacks, payment failures, and payment-method handling may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

CloudPairs is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free transfers, compatibility with every provider configuration, recovery of deleted data, or availability of every feature in every region.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, CloudPairs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost credentials, provider charges, business interruption, or failure to maintain backups.
