Free and paid access
CloudPairs may offer free access, trials, subscriptions, one-time licenses, or promotional plans. The checkout page or dashboard is the source of truth for current price, renewal period, included devices, and feature limits.
Some features, such as automation, higher connection limits, or Pro provider capabilities, may require an active paid plan or trial.
Trials, promotions, and plan changes
Trial or promotional access may expire, convert, or lose premium features according to the terms shown when the plan is started. Promotional pricing, coupons, or grandfathered terms may be limited to the account, region, period, or device count shown at checkout.
If plan changes are supported, upgrading may unlock features immediately while downgrading may take effect at the end of the current paid period or as shown in the dashboard.
Cancellations
If a recurring subscription is offered, you may cancel future renewals through the dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or stated at checkout.
After cancellation or plan expiry, Pro-only features may become unavailable while core app access remains subject to the current free plan limits.
Refunds
If you believe you were charged in error or the app does not work for your supported use case, contact support@cloudpairs.com with your account email, order details, app version, and a description of the issue.
Refund eligibility depends on the plan, payment method, local law, abuse checks, and whether the request is within the refund window shown at checkout or in the dashboard.
Taxes and payment processors
Payment processors may calculate taxes, issue receipts, handle card or wallet details, screen for fraud, and manage disputes or chargebacks. CloudPairs does not store full card numbers on its own infrastructure.
You are responsible for keeping billing information current and for any provider charges, bandwidth charges, storage charges, or egress fees charged by third-party storage providers you connect to CloudPairs.
